Help & Feedback
Both live under Settings → Support.
Help
The in-app help section covers common questions and points you to answers.
If your question is about how something works rather than something being broken, these docs are usually faster — start with Frequently Asked Questions, or When Something Looks Wrong if the app is showing you numbers you don't trust.
Leave Feedback
There's a feedback form in the app, and it goes to the people building it.
Worth using for:
- ›Something's broken. Bugs, wrong numbers, screens that won't load.
- ›Something's confusing. If a screen didn't make sense, that's useful information — confusing interfaces are defects too.
- ›A feature you want. Particularly if you've hit a wall doing something reasonable.
- ›Your country isn't supported. Genuinely useful signal for prioritizing which regions come next. See Region & Currency.
Writing a report that gets fixed
For anything that looks like a bug, three things make the difference between a report someone can act on and one they can't:
- ›What you expected to happen
- ›What actually happened
- ›How to get there — which screen, what you tapped
"The dashboard is wrong" is hard to act on. "After marking three bills complete on the 14th, Totals To Date didn't change" is something someone can reproduce.
If numbers look wrong, mention which budget and which pay period. If it's a calculator, the inputs you used.
Before reporting a numbers problem
A lot of "wrong number" reports turn out to be one of a few known causes — bills on the wrong paycheck because of a due date, or unmarked bills making the dashboard understate you.
When Something Looks Wrong walks through these. It's worth five minutes before writing in; if it isn't one of those, your report is more useful for having ruled them out.
Billing and subscriptions
For a failed purchase, a charge that looks wrong, or a subscription that didn't restore, get in touch through Support with your account email and a description.
Note that refunds for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, since they process the payment. See Managing Your Subscription.
Account deletion
If you need your account deleted and can't do it in the app, that's handled separately — see the account deletion page.
Feature requests
Genuinely read. The most useful ones explain the underlying problem rather than proposing a solution: "I have irregular income and don't know what to enter" leads somewhere better than "add an irregular income toggle", because the first describes a situation and the second assumes an answer.
